Wins Gold and Bronze MAXI Awards

MAXIs – Marketing Award for Excellence and Innovation – are given to direct marketing agencies whose mailings are both creative and effective, as performance results factor heavily in the judges’ decision.
SW&A’s package on behalf of The National World War II Museum was a 2010 Gold winner in the category Nonprofit Fundraising Acquisition. The package features an endorsement letter by newsman and author Tom Brokaw, and encourages World War II veterans – and their sons and daughters – to help build a Museum honoring America’s victory in WWII.
SW&A’s package on behalf of The National Museum of the U.S. Army was a 2010 Bronze winner in the category Nonprofit Fundraising Acquisition. The package is targeted to the generation that lived through the Vietnam era, whether civilian or military, and urges recipients to help build a National Army Museum that will pay tribute to Vietnam veterans, among others.
